Opening times: 8.00 am to 8:00 pm. Fresh towels are available in the swimming pool.
Fitness Center
As the hotel does not operate a fitness center, you may use the one located in our sister property, Vedema Resort, within 5 km. Please dial 140 or 141 to contact the Concierge and arrange accordingly.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas and not inside your suite.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Lost & Found
All found items are stored in our Housekeeping department for 3 months. Please contact the Front Desk at 140 or 141 if you are missing something.
Laundry Services / Dry Cleaning / Ironing
Laundry and dry-cleaning service is available daily. Please leave your laundry on the bed in the laundry bag for the Housekeeping team to collect. You will receive your freshly cleaned laundry until 6 pm the following day. If you require your laundry back the same day, please call Housekeeping before 10.00 am. Laundry bags as well as the price lists are available in your wardrobe.
